Aria was born via emergency C-section 6 weeks early. Our families came to help as soon as they could. For Mike's parents, this meant booking the first plane tickets they could from New York. Somehow, Papa had the presence of mind at the airport to buy a gift for Aria and Bennett. He bought them small matching monkeys. On this day we told Bennett to bring Aria her monkey to show her. He was very insistent that both the monkeys were for him. However, the second he saw Aria, he changed his tune and very happily shoved her monkey at her. He would have even left it with her, but we told him he should take it home and take care of it for her.
